Requester is NOK of a deceased veteran (unremarried widow or widower, son, daughter, father, mother, brother, or sister):
Provide requested information and/or documents from service record.
Requester is a member of the general public (e.g. researcher or any relative other than NOK):
Provide ONLY information that is releasable under FOIA.
DO NOT provide the last photograph in file to ANYONE other than the veteran or NOK of a deceased veteran. Furnish all other requesters a photocopy of the photograph.
